The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with donatishoes.com, with no penalty, within fourteen (14) days from the goods delivery.
Goods return procedure
The right of return is exercised properly if they fully met the following conditions:

- You will be accepted only written communications by e-mail at above address.
- The products should be returned integrity and unused, as well as in their original packaging.
- Before send goods and expect to receive the special mail acceptance by donatishoes.com
- Products can be returned by dispatching the package through the courier reported from donatishoes.com, or through another shipping. If the customer decides to use a courier other than those reported from donatishoes.com, you will be charged to the customer responsibility to reserved in case of loss or damage to the product. Donatishoes.com in this case reserves the right to deny the refund of the object in question.
- Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
- Before shipping the goods, you will receive from donatishoes.com an e-mail confirmation, to be enclosed in the dispatch of the items.
After receiving the returns, donatishoes.com will check the fulfilment of all requirements and send you an e-mail of confirmation/payment/replacement of your returns. (7 days).
In case of incorrect return procedure, as specified in this paragraph, you have no right to be refunded.
Refund will be arranged within a period of time depending on the form of payment selected to pay the purchasing price:
-By bank transfer: refund will be credited on the same bank account.
-By PayPal: the amount will be refunded on your PayPal account and will be immediately visible from the moment in which L'INDE accepts your return.
-By PayPal/Credit Card refund will be by circuit PayPal system and will be visible on its own account from the moment donatishoes.com accept returns, as indicated above.
